Madison Jay has a diverse professional background in customer care and environmental policy, complemented by a strong educational foundation in Biological Sciences and Conservation Biology. Experience includes roles as a Customer Care Professional at Wessex Water and an Au Pair, followed by positions within the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs as a Wildlife Policy Support Officer and Wildlife Policy Advisor. Madison has also contributed as a Stakeholder Engagement & Technical Team Member and Case Officer at the Animal and Plant Health Agency, and served as a Tribe Leader at The Bushcraft Company, where responsibilities included leading groups of students in outdoor activities.
