Neha Dutt

Neha Dutt is an experienced policy lead at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, focusing on greening finance and serving as the UK HMG TNFD Lead since September 2016. Neha has held roles as a Senior Policy Advisor, where responsibilities included designing the UK HMG’s Green Finance Strategy, and as a Policy Advisor, engaging with stakeholders to address market failures in natural capital asset markets. Neha's background also includes a position as Financial Economist associated with the 25 Year Environment Plan and prior roles at Deutsche Bank and Barclays, among others, where Neha developed expertise in risk management and macroeconomic analysis. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Management from The London School of Economics, along with certifications in Sustainable Finance and Business Sustainability Management from distinguished institutions.
