Neil S.

Neil S. has extensive experience in rural estate management, having served as a Land Agent at Bidwells and Castle Howard Estate Ltd from 2004 to 2014, and later as an Agent at The Strickland Estate until 2014. Currently, Neil is the Managing Director at Swain Estate Management Ltd and serves as a Consultant at Hardcastle Rural Surveyors. Neil has also contributed to public service as an Authority Member for the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority and as a Member of the Independent Agricultural Appeals Panel. Neil holds a BSc(Hons) from Durham University and a PGDip from the University of Plymouth.
