Nell Miles

Nell Miles is a Senior Policy Advisor at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), specializing in the Land Use Framework for England. An Integrated MBiol graduate from the University of Oxford, Nell previously worked as a Research Assistant focusing on Biodiversity Net Gain policy and sustainable forestry. They have also contributed as a lecturer and ambassador within various educational outreach programs and are currently a columnist for British Wildlife Magazine. Additionally, Nell serves on the Woodland Trust's Youth Council, promoting innovative solutions for biodiversity conservation.
