Nick Eakhurst

Nick Eakhurst is a Senior User Researcher with over 20 years of experience in digital service design, having worked across industry and government sectors. They bring a deep understanding of user needs and a commitment to ensuring those needs are considered in the design process. Currently employed within the Air Quality data team at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Nick previously held senior roles at organizations such as HM Courts & Tribunals Service and the Department for Education, where they led user research activities and contributed to significant improvements in user experiences. As a co-founder of NotOnlyButAlso Ltd, Nick also directed a successful digital agency, demonstrating leadership and strategic vision throughout their career.
