Robin Hancock

Robin Hancock is an experienced Lead User Researcher currently working in the Future Farming & Countryside Programme at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since November 2020. With a robust background in user research and service design, Robin has held various positions, including Senior User Researcher while self-employed and Contract User Researcher roles at Hargreaves Lansdown and the Office for National Statistics. Notable projects include the development of a service to connect urban children with rural communities in Portugal and usability studies for medical devices. Robin holds a Master's degree in Ergonomics and Human Factors from Loughborough University and has experience in academic settings as a Visiting Lecturer on physical ergonomics and user testing.
