Ryan Hoare

Ryan Hoare is the founder of TryMosaic, a platform committed to simplifying workplace adjustments for neurodivergent individuals and their managers. With lived experience of neurodivergence and a leadership role in a large neurodiversity network, Ryan champions the need for consistent and employee-focused adjustment processes. Prior to founding TryMosaic, Ryan spent over a decade in various strategy roles within UK government, specializing in data-led transformation and risk management. Ryan holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of the West of England.
