Sam Elfer

Sam Elfer is currently serving as the EU Exit Senior Strategy Advisor at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, where they provide strategic advice to ministers and senior leaders. With extensive experience in internal communications, change management, and marketing across various industries, Sam has effectively managed campaigns and led teams to achieve outstanding results. Prior roles include Senior Communications Business Partner and Principal Press Officer at the Environment Agency, as well as positions in marketing at American Express and EDF Energy. Sam holds a BA in History and Philosophy from Keele University.
