Simon Strojan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and business analysis across various sectors. Currently the Director of Compliance at The Big Exchange since May 2023, Simon also serves as CEO and Founder Director of Equity Spark Limited, a crowdfunding platform launched in August 2016. Since May 2020, Simon has been the Design Team Lead for the Environmental Land Management team at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
