Susanna Rees

Susanna Rees is an experienced Senior Project Manager currently working at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since September 2020, focusing on connectivity projects. Previously, Susanna was a Delivery Project Executive at IBM from 2004 to August 2020, managing end-to-end service delivery for the public sector in the UK, ensuring contract compliance, client satisfaction, and effective resource management. Susanna’s extensive career includes roles such as Program Manager and Project Manager at IBM, where responsibilities included leading teams for network installations and office relocations, and handling various large-scale projects. Susanna began a career in project management at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs from 1997 to 2004, also serving in technical roles as a Windows Engineer and Configuration Manager. Susanna holds a BA (Hons) in Geography with Cultural Studies from the University of Staffordshire.
