Susannah Day is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in higher education and public sector roles. Currently serving as a Business Partner in the Project Delivery Centre of Expertise at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Susannah previously managed critical Covid-19 response projects at the University of Exeter, including the delivery of online exams for 25,000 students and overseeing collaborative initiatives with local government and healthcare bodies. Other notable projects include the relocation of the MRC Centre for Medical Mycology and contributions to space optimisation efforts at the university. Earlier roles included coordination of scholarships at Queensland University of Technology and event management for the University of Queensland. Susannah holds a Graduate Certificate in Management from Southern Cross University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Visual Arts with Art History from the University of Plymouth.
