Tim Lowe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and environmental management. Currently serving as a Commercial Manager at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since April 2022, Tim is responsible for strategic procurement activities and commercial assurance within the Defra Group Commercial and the SCAH Programme.
