Tom Arnold

Tom Arnold is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Leader for Food and Drink Exports at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, where responsibilities include the design and management of the UK's global network of Agriculture, Food and Drink Attachés. Previously, Tom held the role of G7 Presidency Climate and Energy Policy Team Leader at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, contributing significantly to the UK's G7 commitments ahead of COP26. Other roles encompass advising on EU climate policy during the Civil Service Fast Stream, supporting trade policy initiatives at the Department for International Trade, and facilitating international cooperation against forestry crime with INTERPOL. Tom holds a Master's in European Studies from Europa-Universität Flensburg and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Leicester.
