Trevor Salmon

Trevor Salmon is a professional associated with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, currently serving as the UN General Assembly Lead since April 2025. Trevor's extensive tenure at DEFRA, beginning in 1999, encompasses various roles, including Regional Lead for International Strategy and Capability, Head of UN Environmental Engagement, Head of Trade Policy, and leadership positions in Invasive Non-Native Species, Native Species, CITES, and International Protected Areas. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Astrophysics from The Open University.
