Vanessa Sexton

Vanessa Sexton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and technology innovation within the public sector, currently serving as the Lead Enterprise Architect for Natural England at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since October 2018. Vanessa has held various roles, including Enterprise Architect for Marine & Fisheries and technology innovation consultant at Defra, focusing on sustainable development and the exploitation of emerging technologies. Prior to this, Vanessa worked in multiple capacities within the Cabinet Office and HM Revenue & Customs, gaining expertise in project management, risk planning, and process improvement. With a BA Hons in Applied Management from the University of Sunderland, Vanessa is also accredited in Lean Practice and continuous improvement by the Lean Enterprise Research Centre.
