Isa Seow

Isa Seow, Ph.D., is the Director of Compliance for the Nauru Economic and Climate Resilience Citizenship Program, where they ensure operational compliance, integrity, and transparency. With extensive experience advising financial institutions, governments, and international organizations such as the United Nations, Isa has shared their expertise at numerous conferences and events. They previously served as a lecturer at the National University of Singapore and held several leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at CTRL Investments Ltd and Director at Peratera. Isa earned a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University and a Master's degree from the University of Cambridge, along with an Advanced Certificate in Regulatory Compliance from the International Compliance Association.
