John Masterson

John Masterson has extensive experience in military and defense program management, having served as an Active Duty Army Officer from December 1983 to February 2011, with various assignments across 30 countries and 45 U.S. states. Key roles include Acquisition Oversight and CREW Lead at the Joint IED Defeat Organization from 2005 to 2009 and Senior Military Test Advisor for the US Army Test and Evaluation Command from 2009 to 2011. John held positions such as Chief of the CREW and Transition Branch at JIEDDO and Senior Program Manager at a defense contractor. Recently, John has been serving as a Strategic Program Advisor at DEFTEC Corporation since April 2022, following a tenure at Zel Technologies LLC in program management and integration from March 2017 to April 2022. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama and two MBA degrees from Auburn University.
