Linda Harris

Linda Harris has over 30 years of professional experience in the defense and civilian agency industries. Linda began their career in 1992 as a Department Manager at Anteon Corporation. Linda then moved to Salient CRGT in 2005, where they served as Senior Vice President and developed, operated, and managed Talent Acquisition for the Business Unit. In 2018, they joined MCR, LLC as Senior Vice President - Air Force Programs, where they were responsible for P&L, growth, quality, and retention of personnel within the Air Force Division. Linda was then promoted to Chief of Growth Operations, where they expanded the growth operations organization to include marketing, strategy, business development, capture, recruiting, and proposals. In 2023, Linda was appointed as Chief Executive Officer at DEFTEC Corporation.

Linda Harris has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from UCF College of Business (1990-1994), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University (1989-1990), and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Monterey Bay (2017-2019).
