DEFY is an antidote to the old world of the ‘talent management’. We are relationship driven partners, not purely transactional agents. It’s time to see the person, not the player.

We combine unique skills in identifying, honing and refining talent, along with best in class future planning and wealth management to help talent get the most out of their multi-lifecycle careers - what they do now, as well as all the possible futures that lie ahead.

LifecycleThinkingTM is our disruptive philosophy which serves our roster of talent with 24/7/365 knowledge and mentorship that not only focuses on where they are now, but considers the art of the possible and what’s required to achieve greatness in all the career paths that can arise.

With our origins in football, we are now working with exceptional talent in tennis, golf and beyond. We also work with clubs, brands, and rights holders to help them collaborate with our portfolio of DEFY talent in lots of innovative and exciting partnerships.

Across the board we stay true to our DEFY Principles - Desire. Educate. Family. You. - that guide us to focus on the growth needed in all of us to not only make the most of now, but be better prepared for the future.

DEFY - Talent Growth. Not Talent management.
