Mike Dichiser

Mike Dichiser is an experienced QA professional with a comprehensive background in software testing and quality assurance. Currently serving as QA Manager at Merkle since July 2022 and holding multiple roles at DEG Digital since September 2014, including Software Test Engineer and QA Team Lead. Previous experience includes positions such as Sr. QA Analyst at Freightquote.com and QA Test Lead at JPMorgan, where Mike also led QA efforts at Tek Systems. Earlier roles include Project Manager at SysTest Labs and QA Consultant for the Digital Theatre Distribution System at AMC Theatres. Mike's career began at IBM as a Software Development Manager and includes a diverse range of QA positions, demonstrating significant expertise in the field. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Kansas State University.
