Devon Lumbard

Devon Lumbard is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in structural engineering. Since November 2014, Devon has held several leadership positions at Degenkolb Engineers, including Principal and Northern California Group Director, as well as managing the Sacramento Office. Prior to this, Devon served as an Associate Principal and Project Manager at WRK Engineers from October 2013 to October 2014, and worked in various engineering roles at Degenkolb Engineers from 2005 to 2013. Additionally, Devon has experience in academia as an Adjunct Professor at Portland State University, instructing courses in Statics and Concrete Design. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
