Jörg Wingmann is the Abteilungsleiter Projektbereich NRW at DEGES Deutsche Einheit Fernstraßenplanungs- und -bau GmbH, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Jörg served as a Bauingenieur (Dipl. Ing.) für konstruktiven Ingenieurbau at DEGES GmbH from 2018 to 2024. Their extensive experience includes roles in tunnel and construction engineering, having led projects at both mtc – Maidl Tunnelconsultants GmbH and SSF Ingenieure AG. Jörg earned a Diplom-Ingenieur in Civil and Structural Engineering from Ruhr-Universität Bochum from 1994 to 1999.
