Andy Dolphin

Andy Dolphin is a project and commercial management professional with over 25 years of experience in the civil engineering, construction, and engineering sectors across Australia and the UK. They have held various significant roles, including Commercial Manager and Project Delivery Director, where they successfully led multiple public-private partnership projects to early completion without litigation. Andy has developed strategic finance and procurement policies while managing contract claims and fostering client relationships. They are currently the General Manager for Commercial and Procurement at Degnan, having previously served in key positions with organizations such as Bombardier Transportation and Tehnika Pty Ltd. Andy holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential.
