Chad Walters

Chad Walters serves as the Head of Engineering at Degree Analytics since March 2025. Previously, at Reibus from May 2021 to November 2024, Chad Walters held the position of Vice President Of Product Engineering, where success was marked by growing the Product Engineering team from 19 to 80 professionals and decreasing release cycles significantly. Prior roles include Vice President Of Engineering at Praetorian, where implementation of machine learning techniques reduced security vulnerabilities, and at Civitas Learning, where Chad Walters expanded the engineering team dramatically while enhancing project delivery speed. Additionally, experience at 21CT focused on building and managing engineering teams through Agile processes, leading to cost reductions and workforce expansion. Chad Walters earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University in 1999.
