Casey Adams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business solutions and enablement, currently serving as Vice President of Global Business Solutions & Enablement at Degreed since October 2016. Under Casey’s leadership, Degreed has experienced significant revenue growth, expanding from $7 million to over $100 million ARR, while working with major clients including top U.S. banks and leading corporations like Boeing and Verizon. Previous roles include Vice President of Learning & Development at Essex Property Trust, where Casey established a centralized L&D department, and Head of Customer Success & Implementation at SCOPIX, contributing to customer service improvements in the retail sector. Additional experience includes corporate training management at Cabela's and academic contributions as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Wyoming, where Casey earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
