Suzanne Waller

Suzanne Waller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning experience design and instructional communication. Currently serving as the Director of Learning Experience Design on the Professional Services Team at Degreed since April 2020, Suzanne leads initiatives focused on enhancing learning frameworks. Previously, at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from November 2013 to April 2020, Suzanne held roles that emphasized human-centered design principles in project management and communication strategies. Early career experiences included positions at Reid Consulting Group, Career Connections, Inc., and Ohio University, where Suzanne developed strong skills in content creation, project support, and marketing strategies. Suzanne holds a Master of Science in Journalism with a focus on Online Journalism and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, both from Ohio University.
