Tom Rodden

Tom Rodden currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Axiarete AI, focusing on AI-driven transformation in application management. With an extensive background in technology and consulting, Tom has held executive positions such as Senior Executive Advisor at NeuGroup, Board Advisor for Onymos and CloudRek, and IT Consultant for NXP Semiconductors. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Varian as Senior Vice-President and CIO, where Tom led numerous transformational initiatives including a major shift to cloud-based operations.
