Santosh Kumar

Santosh Kumar is an accomplished professional in financial services with significant experience in driving technology-infused agriculture finance. As an Area Manager at DeHaat since January 2021, Santosh has transformed the lives of over 10,000 farmers and 300 retailers across multiple districts in Bihar and Madhya Pradesh, managing a team of over 20 members to facilitate operations such as credit distribution and query resolution. Prior to this, Santosh headed training initiatives in financial services, successfully training more than 50 field team members on various operational aspects. Santosh's career began at One Acre Fund as a Field Officer, where responsibilities included loan collection, disbursement, and farmer training. Santosh holds a Master of Science in Agronomy from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University.
