Anne Eimert

Anne Eimert is a psychology graduate with a focus on work and organizational psychology and international management, having completed studies in 2019. Currently serving as Teamlead Organisational Development at Deichmann, they are dedicated to driving employee and managerial development through strategic initiatives in personnel development and organizational design. With prior experience in various roles including People Development and Corporate HR Recruiting, Anne approaches their work with the belief that everyone has the potential for personal and professional growth. They are currently pursuing a certification as a Geprüfter Systemischer Coach at INeKO - Institut an der Universität zu Köln.
