Dr. Peter Csapo has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Dr. Peter began their professional career as an intern at Pace Communications in 2004. In 2006, they served as the Front Office Manager at FUAJ - Auberge de Jeunesse Léo Lagrange. Following this, they worked as an intern and later as the Country Manager at esanum.fr in 2008. In 2009, they were an intern at goetzpartners. In 2010, they became a Business Developer at Budapest Airport. Dr. Peter then interned at The Boston Consulting Group in 2012. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company. Dr. Peter continued their career at McKinsey & Company as a Consultant from 2015 to 2017. Since then, they have been working at Deichmann, starting as a Senior Manager Strategic Projects and progressing to the positions of Head of Strategy, Corporate Development & Interim Head of Omnichannel Services and currently, Head of Strategy & Corporate Development.
Dr. Peter Csapo has an educational background that includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration and Corporate Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management (2007-2010). Dr. Peter also completed an exchange semester at Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business in 2009. Dr. Csapo further pursued their studies at HEC Paris, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business (2011-2012). Additionally, they completed a CEMS Masters in International Management at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2012. Finally, Dr. Csapo earned their PhD from the German Sport University Cologne, specializing in The hot-hand phenomenon in basketball (2013-2015).
