Founded by Wim Dejonghe and David Morley, we are a strategic advisory firm helping law firms and private capital investors navigate the growing interest in investment in legal services.

We spend much time speaking with investors and law firm leaders. The message is clear: private capital is looking hard at the legal sector, and firms are thinking seriously about what it might mean for their future.

However, the world of investment and the world of law don't always speak the same language. We help bridge those two worlds.

With decades of experience as senior leaders in global law and investment, we help:

- Law firm leaders - thinking about growth, succession or strategic change

- Private capital investors - exploring opportunities in the legal market for the first time
