Stephen Curtolo

Stephen Curtolo is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in system engineering, project management, and product development across various industries, including security, automotive, and energy. Currently serving as a System Engineering Lead at DEK Technologies, Stephen has also held leadership roles such as Managing Director and Chief Engineer at Curtologic, where notable inventions like the VM1 and SM1 security systems were developed. Previous positions include Senior Project Manager at CNG, Field Services Engineer at GLORY, and responsibilities in electrical systems engineering for Thales and Ford Motor Company. An alumnus of VUT Footscray, Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics.
