Pascal Arnds

Pascal Arnds has extensive experience in fund management and real estate lending, currently serving as the Fund Manager of the open-ended retail fund "Deka-Immobilien Nordamerika" at Deka Immobilien since April 2019. Arnds is also a member of the fund management team for the open-ended core fund Deka-Immobilien Global at Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH, a position held since October 2015. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Strategic Portfolio Management at Deka Real Estate Lending KK and as Credit Manager for Real Estate Lending Asia at DekaBank, focusing on non-recourse loans across various Asian markets. Educational qualifications include a Magister Artium in Japanese Regional Studies and a Diplom-Volkswirt in Economics, both obtained from The University of Bonn, alongside a formative education at Deutsche Schule Tokyo.
