Brian Stone

Brian Stone, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Dekker, leading the people strategy for a prominent Architecture/Engineering firm since March 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Regional Director of Human Resources at Carr, Riggs & Ingram from October 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities involved managing internal HR across various locations and consulting during complex changes such as mergers and acquisitions. Earlier, Brian directed HR and operations at RPC, LLP, recognized as a "Best Place to Work," from November 2007 to October 2017, and advised clients on talent strategy and organizational development. Brian's career began as a District Sales Manager at Iacon/Oakley, managing sales operations and HR for multiple stores. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from UNM Anderson School of Management.
