Greg Kretzmann

Greg Kretzmann currently serves as the Head of Agile Delivery at Deko since November 2021. Prior roles include Agile Coach and SAFe SPC at Barclaycard, where Greg led the adoption of Scaled Agile methodologies, and served as a Release Train Engineer at The Logic Group and Standard Bank Group, contributing to the definition and deployment of multiple systems installations. Achievements include the global deployment of an SAP HCM solution at Standard Bank, enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, Greg held senior positions at Standard Bank, focusing on infrastructure solution design and portfolio management in IT, alongside earlier consulting roles at Trema and the South African Reserve Bank, emphasizing treasury system implementations and project management.
