Shane Collins

Shane Collins has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade in various product management roles. Shane currently serves as the Head of Merchant Product at Deko since November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Manager at Deko from September 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining Deko, Shane worked as a Senior Product Manager at Callsign from April 2020 to September 2021. Shane played a key role in driving the product strategy and development at the company.

From 2017 to 2020, Shane worked at Elevate, where they held two significant roles. Firstly, as a Senior Product Manager - New Product, they significantly expanded the loan product offerings and led the implementation of open banking strategies. Prior to that, they served as a Product Manager - New Customer Acquisition.

Shane's earlier experience includes Product Manager roles at Pay360 by Capita in 2016 and PayPoint Mobile & Online from 2011 to 2016, where they also worked as a Key Account Manager. Shane began their career as a Technical Support Analyst at YourCash in 2010.

Shane Collins attended Denbigh Secondary School from 2000 to 2005. Shane did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field during this time. In addition to their formal education, Shane also earned some certifications. In 2013, they obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate from Knowledge Train. In 2014, they received the CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
