Hillevi Røstad is the CEO of Dekode, Norway’s leading WordPress Enterprise agency and NGO specialist agency. They helped grow Dekode from a seven-person team to a 40+ multidisciplinary company operating in a hybrid setup with team members across several European countries, and the agency partners with over 170 clients including major public institutions, NGOs, and private organizations. Their experience spans operations, HR, finance, and organizational strategy, and they focus on developing people and culture, evolving processes, and ensuring Dekode continues to grow with purpose. They studied at Høgskolen i Oslo (HiO) from 2009 to 2011.
