Matthieu Hoepffner

Matthieu Hoepffner has over two decades of experience in finance and business operations, currently serving as Finance Manager for DEKRA Claims Cross Border since January 2004. In this role, Matthieu has implemented global financial management across 12 units and enhanced claims handling processes. Prior positions include Lead Controller for the Region and Service Division, where Matthieu established controlling functions for R&D units and developed financial templates, and International Internal Auditor, responsible for leading international audits and managing audit strategies. Matthieu also worked as Group Controller, engaging in M&A operations, turnaround strategies, and controlling operations, along with earlier experience as a Controller at BHS. Matthieu holds a Master’s degree in International Business from EM Normandie Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Leeds Beckett University.
