Peter Merck is currently the Director of Quality, Accreditation, and Internal Audit at DEKRA, where they oversee the Service Division of Industrial Inspection. Previously, they served as a Business Area Manager and Technical Manager at DEKRA and held roles at various organizations, including Development Engineer at SAQ Kontroll AB and ÅF Kontroll AB, and Product Manager at Telenordia. With extensive experience in nuclear power safety and international project collaboration, Merck was also the Chairman of the Swedish NDT Society from 2013 to 2019 and the President of the European Conference on Non-Destructive Testing in 2018. Their educational background includes a degree in Teknisk Fysik from Chalmers University of Technology.
