Simon Tibbett

Simon Tibbett is an experienced automotive professional and racing instructor currently employed at DEKRA since February 2024, where Simon handles claims and desk reviews for insurance partners in North America. Since December 2015, Simon has served as a proud instructor for the Skip Barber Racing School, leading race schools and driving events. As a racing driver since June 2004, Simon has participated in various series, achieving notable success as the 2019 Champion of the Continents in the GT4 class. Simon also works as a brand ambassador, leveraging motorsport marketing to drive business growth, and has been an instructor at Atlanta Motorsports Park since April 2016. Prior experience includes communication and monitoring at Road Atlanta from February 2008 to January 2014. Simon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University and has a background in education from Athens Technical College and Clarke Central High School.
