Sten Erik Aßmann

Sten Erik Aßmann is an experienced professional in organizational change management and business process optimization, currently serving as the Head of Organizational Change Management at DEKRA since September 2009. In this role, Sten Erik Aßmann leads a team of experts to ensure effective continuous organizational change across the company. Previously, Sten Erik Aßmann held several key positions within DEKRA, including Business Process Management Lead and Group Program Leader for the SAP Implementation initiative, focusing on the harmonization and standardization of business processes and technology. Additionally, Sten Erik Aßmann has experience in leadership roles at ZEISS Group and Ernst & Young WPG, as well as consultancy positions with Arthur Andersen.
