Thomas Passberg

Thomas Passberg has extensive legal expertise, currently serving as the Regional Lead Counsel GSA for Germany, Switzerland, and Austria at DEKRA since August 2018, where responsibilities include heading corporate insurance and overseeing legal matters in the automotive sector. Previously, Thomas held the position of Head of Legal at Werner Sobek from 2014 to 2018, and worked as a Legal Counselor at SV SparkassenVersicherung from 2011 to 2014. Early in the career, Thomas practiced as a lawyer at MEYER RECHTSANWÄLTE from 2008 to 2011. Thomas holds a law degree (Ass. jur.) from the University of Tübingen and has furthered education at the University of Lausanne and the Schweizerisches Institut für Rechtsvergleichung.
