Mary Procopio

Mary Procopio is the Director of Meat Procurement at Daniele, Inc., a position held since 2020. They previously worked for several companies in procurement and management roles, including as Purchasing Manager at Sara Lee’s Zeeland Facility and later as Category Manager for Pork Procurement at Sara Lee Corporation. Mary has extensive experience in supplier engagement and product innovation, having also served as Commodity Procurement Manager at US Foods. They earned a Master's Degree in Agricultural Economics from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1981 to 1989 and continue their education.
