Mathieu Westeel is a seasoned R&D Project Manager in the food industry, with extensive experience as a Process & Ingredients Technologist at Biscuits Delacre from 2016 to 2023. During this time, they managed projects for various brands, oversaw an R&D laboratory, and led the transfer of projects from laboratory to industrial scale.
