Jackie Dover

Jackie Dover has over 20 years of work experience in various roles in human resources and talent acquisition. Jackie started their career at Sheetz as a Manager, overseeing a team of 25+ employees and managing the budget and cash flow for a $4M per year establishment. Jackie then worked at ARC of Center County as a Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Jackie also designed an automated system to track annual training to comply with regulations. After that, they joined WIS International, where they held multiple roles including Human Resource Manager, Field Director of Human Resources, and Director of Talent Acquisition. In these roles, they supervised teams, implemented recruitment strategies, and handled various HR functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. Currently, Jackie is the Director of Human Resources at George DeLallo Company. Overall, they have a strong background in HR and talent acquisition, with experience in managing teams, implementing strategies, and handling various HR functions.

Jackie Dover attended Seton Hill University from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Management. In addition to their degree, they also have obtained certifications throughout their career. In 2000, they obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Later, in 2015, Jackie earned the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
