Anna Sommar serves as the Group Accounting Director at DeLaval since April 2017, managing consolidated accounting and reporting for approximately 60 subsidiaries globally, while also focusing on IAS/IFRS training and communication with reporters. Prior to this role, Anna held the position of Financial Control Officer and Finance Manager at Swedish Fitness Trading AB -GASP & Better Bodies from August 2013 to March 2017, overseeing consolidated accounting, monthly and annual closings, and various financial compliance tasks. Anna's earlier experiences include a long-term engagement with Friskis & Svettis as a volunteer jympaledare and host, and serving as an authorized auditor and partner at BDO AB from November 1999 to August 2013, where Anna specialized in advising small and medium-sized businesses as well as non-profit organizations. Anna's career began as a group accounting economist at AGA AB from October 1998 to October 1999. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics from Linköping University and an affiliate program in Scandinavian Studies at UCL.
