Luis Castro M.

Luis Castro M. has extensive experience in the agricultural technology sector, particularly in dairy management systems. Currently, since January 2012, Luis serves as a System Specialist for VMS (Automated Milking Systems) at DeLaval. Prior to this role, from April 2008 to January 2012, Luis worked at DeLaval Ltd (UK) as a Technical Support Engineer and Project Manager focused on VMS. Previous experience includes a Research Assistant position at the Institute of Food Research from January 2007 to February 2008 and a Fellowship placement at Teagasc from March 2006 to July 2006. Luis holds a Master's degree in Livestock Management & Production from Aeres University of Applied Sciences Dronten (2005-2006) and an Agronomist degree in Agronomy and Crop Science, alongside an Engineer's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
