Michael Pedrigi

Michael Pedrigi has extensive experience in business transformation and supply chain management, primarily at DeLaval, Inc. since October 1993. Key achievements include reorganizing the retail business group and leading a successful ERP migration with a mobile POS component, as well as creating a unified customer care team that served as the primary contact for customer needs post-sale. As Vice President of Supply Chain for North America, Michael directed distribution operations, implemented a 'Single Point Distribution' model that consolidated eleven locations, and executed Lean processes that halved operating expenses while enhancing performance metrics. Prior to DeLaval, Michael worked at Standard Motor Products as a Business Unit Manager, focusing on automotive product manufacturing and Lean manufacturing improvements. Michael holds multiple certifications in Lean Processes, Project Management, and Business Administration, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Western Illinois University.
