Murat Cetiner

Murat Cetiner is a seasoned Cyber Security Specialist with extensive experience in incident response, threat analysis, and information security management. Currently employed at DeLaval since November 2025, Murat previously served as a Cyber Security Specialist at Tele2, focusing on security incident investigations in both OT and IT environments. Murat's diverse background includes roles such as Information Security Project Manager at EasyPark, Cyber Security Consultant at Noname, and Co-Founder of Jaisy Health AB and Datafy AB, where innovative health technologies and mobile app security solutions were developed. Murat has also held various managerial positions within government service, placing emphasis on cyber crime, computer forensics, and cyber terrorism. In addition to a robust professional portfolio, Murat is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Communication (Informatics) at Marmara University, building on a Master's degree in Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Security Science.
