Neeraj Kumar

Neeraj Kumar serves as the Managing Director for DeLaval, a leading Swedish multinational in dairy farm solutions, since 2007, focusing on P&L delivery, strategic planning, people development, and brand management. Prior to this role, Neeraj held the position of All India Head Sales at Alcan, successfully driving capacity utilization for a greenfield project. Neeraj's experience also includes significant roles at TetraPak as All India Marketing & Business Development Manager, and Alfa Laval as Regional Manager. Neeraj began a career in production as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at BILT. Educational qualifications include a B Tech in Chemical Engineering from HBTI and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
